Beef is available by whole, half or quarter. Beef prices start at $2.19/lb hanging weight.
Hogs are available by the whole or half. Butchering hogs start at $.63/lb live weight.
Lamb and Goat are available by the whole. Prices start at $4.89/lb hanging weight.
Processing prices are $.59/lb paper wrap with high quality freezer paper or $.77/lb to vacuum seal with 3mm bags.
Process whole deer - $65.00 ($5.00 from every deer goes back to Christmas Cash 4 Kids)
Standard Processing Includes: cutting, tenderizing, grinding, and vacuum sealing
Deer Bologna $10 / stick or $125 / whole deer (sticks average - 3 lbs.)
Jerky $5.99 / lb finished weight (Peppered, Wysong, Teriyaki)
Snack Sticks $9.99 / lb finished weight

Prorate Processing based on qty of deer i.e. If hind qtr is brought in $65 *¼
To grind burger only - $.77 / lb, vacuum sealed, meat must be off bone
To mix burger with beef, pork, etc. - cost of processing, plus cost of the weight of meat from Butcher Shop.
